THE IDESCRIPTION OF IDC “EFFECT” DETERGENT

Ecologically safe universal industrial detergent – degreaser  IDC “EFFECT’ is an essential part of the technology of closed-cycle drainless circulation cleaning . It excludes the formation of fat emulsions and components corrosion after washing, degreases and passivates (protects from corrosion) metal surfaces.  .

IDC “EFFECT” is not a solvent - its work principle is based on selective effect on long chains of  hydrocarbon compounds, that provides removal of organic pollutants (oil products) from metal, rubber and leather surfaces being washed without any damage. .

IDC “EFFECT” is 100% soluble in water, non-combustible, nontoxic, nonabrasive, non-oncogenic and totally biodegradable. When getting into biological sewage purification facilites, it does not cause damage to them.

IDC “EFFECT” is an active demulsifier (does not form homogeneous emulsion) that lowers hydrocarbon compounds (oil products)  concentration in  washing solution due to their displacement to the surface.

Float oil and fatty film forms sharply defined boundary at the  solution surface, which allows to easily remove this film  from the surface and to pour  spent solution into drains where it will continue to work forcing out oil products.

IDC “EFFECT” solution can be used for washing off  soot and grime, as well as for cleaning floors in workshops where there are oil and grease spots.

The use of  industrial detergent IDC “EFFECT” for washing and degreasing does not require change of design of existing jet washers operating in a closed mode and widely used in machine-building industry and at  railway car repair works.

IDC “EFFECT” can enhance oil recovery.

IDC “EFFECT” is easy to use and active in washing and degreasing processes. Working solution can be used for a long time. Correction is needed only for replenishment of diminished water volume through introduction of  concentrate in a ratio specified in the Instruction.
